Long Time Coming.
My work crew with the city. My boss is the 340 lb Fijian sitting on one of our lawn mowing contraptions.
Nicole in our truck with Bucky the Beaver (we found him while weedwacking).
This lil'guy we also found weedwacking... he's just chillin on the weedwackers. (We enjoyed using our city-worker power to steal toys from children... j/k)
The Cry.
Worship. The two ladies holding the flag were two of the moms that were on our bus.
Dance. There was recinciliation between Aborginal people and Canadians.
Prayer. This little girl prayed and pleaded revival over our land.
Sarah at the Mall with all our luggage. We really did look homeless, and people gave us the worst looks ever. While we were in the bathroom one lady even asked us if we had been "Raving" all weekend...
When I saw this, I laughed my head off. Shelby told us he hit an animal (we didn't know what it was at the time... he thought it might've been a coyote) and then I saw his car: the headlight was smashed in and there was animal fur caught in the glass, the entire passenger side of his car was dented in, that red goop caught in the door is animal guts, and that brown stuff came straight from its butt (I'll let you guess what it is...).
After Shelby stood ontop of his car while I drove standard for the 2nd time in my life, we discovered what he hit... this here lovely deer... with its butt exploded and all. (Shelby was so proud).
What I painted while I was at the Consumed conference here in Edmonton.
At the end of the summer I went horseback riding with the Allens and the VanCamps just a little ways from Rocky Mountain House.
We travelled 2.5 hours on horseback and got to a hunting lodge where we stopped for lunch and cooled our feet in this bittery cold stream.
Danny and I...
...And they rode off into the sunset and lived happily ever after.
